I predict sub 3:05 from this Semi team and that is the bare minimum.

It wouldn't surprise me if they go under 3:00 at some point in the season.. I fully expect to see them at the 2012 Olympics in London.

Anyone who predicts otherwise would be a fool.

yea frequentmiler i dont know what everyne is talking about. Semi better go under 3 min this year or i wil be pissed right off, They have so much talent and potential on the team. especially there team chemistry thats unreal. all of them ran 581m exactly in exactly 80 sec. good gosh that is just freakin rediculous. And another thing, i will make a special trip with the team when they go to london so that i can watch them run under 2:50. Although maybe they will do that at bc's i can see it happen at there and i wont need the trip.

well, im not graduated yet, but ive passed all my classes just fine. And second does it realy matter, im not typeing an english essay, and im not using a spellcheck just so that i can look smart on a track forum in front of teenagers.

I think Will cliff will win the 3k
He showed a very strong season in cross, and even though he didnt beet justin or clerke, he did stick with them for a bit, and especially if justin is tryin to triple gold, and clerke aswell, it might give Will just the edge he needs.

I leave for one day and all hell breaks loose! This is a message board for predictions and so I have made a few. Bold in a couple of areas but I have made them. If they weren't bold then nobody would be replying.....The biggest pred. I have made thus far is not the semi boys but Tim Delcourt. To go from 10:20 to 9 min low is amazing and it will most likely happen. I will let the preds continue without me drumming in. You know most of how my kids are doing. No one is injured and everyone is running well!!!! The thread seems to me moving along nicely. See you in a couple of months as some of these predictions start to come true. ;D

IT will be amazing if Tim Delcourt runs 9 30 i think 9 low possibly but that is a big improvement

don't know much about sprints/field but here goes my distance guesses

400-Brendan
Young talent started training more seriously should produce good result

800- travis
Led wire-to-wire last year, beating bruchet (even though he had already won a stupid amount of races)

1500-conner
Stronger/more speed than justin, will be close though

3000-justin
if all goes well justin has the endurance to wear conner out as long as it doesn;t come down to a kick

steeple-justin
no contest-he is the man

4x4
calling walnut grove-little more experience that will pay off when it counts (dealing with heats and other events)

Lets start the top 5 mens and womens prediction list in each track event. Who thinks they can man up this month with their predictions for the June 4/5 Championships. 1 point for having them in your top 5. 3 points for predicting their correct finishing place. Top prediction winner gets a free pair of shoes from Pen Runners. Two winners. One for the girls predictions and one for the boys side. I will announce the winners on the June 6th week. Get your predictions in before the end of Feb. The Feb predictor that has the highest points wins. I will way in on my predictions also. It will take a little work and a little guessing for some of the events but it should also be fun.

Good job Canadarunner. Justin will be running the 1500m heats at the BC's. You can make as many adds and changes that you want until the end of Feb. Only sure predictions will be counted. Justin will be going for the aggregate if that helps you. No win in the 3000m on Friday probably means no 1500m final. Tough choices, tough choices. Who else wants to put themselves out there a little.

Its my money and my game. You get one point for being correct about the top 5 or 3 for the right position. This gives you more guesses to get a point. If you only do 3 fine but you put yourself in a disadvantage. It is easier to get points with top 5. No need to negotiate. Like a ref, I'm not going to change my decision.

During a 1500 TT the other day, I saw this kid get jumped by a mountain lion, rip it off himself, and still carry on to run a 4:04 while avoiding subsequent attacks. After he was done, he just suplexed it and lugged the thing home on his back, presumably to keep it as a training partner.

Oh, and he can hold his breath for over two minutes. Keep an eye out for him, he'll be the one with the mad swagger and T-Pain shades.
