he looked absolutely strong throught that race so im not surpriced.. along with that one lad from notre dame who i heard an intresting story bout his development and also Harrison Sloan.. must say those 3 looked very strong today

The courses are all shorter at Trinity then listed due to course changes 2 years ago. The records keep getting broken because they are shorter. Jr boys is actually about 5.6km.

no... not really... he did have a hell of a race but the way he looked on the straight he wouldnt catch sloan

ya that trinity meet has to be a bit shorter, because I know kichuk is good but, I dont think he would be able to go that fast
and i dont know if that mb is 5km either, unless we have alot of insanely talented gr.9s this year

Yes but when you go for the second loop you run around that fence and every thing you just dont turn right for the next 60m bud.

I don't know how Daryl and Kowalsky were running, but PJ was basically doing a tempo on/off workout. He'd fall to like 10th jogging, then go back up to the front.

It was pretty funny because people kept going, "HE'S MAKIN' A COMEBACK!"

Also, the Raider Open course is horribly slow. It's 4 loops on flat ground with nothing but soft damp grass. So boring
