thats what im saying, to not focus on the 3k to build speed oh, i thought you meant you shouldnt focus on the 3k because the 3k itself builds too much speed lol .. that was misread, but i dunno .. most of the guys on my team have more trouble with strength rather than speed, myself being one of those people .. i think it just depends on the person and their strengths and weaknesses

i would like to add Mike Pesce to the top 15 sr. boys as he's lookin good. also Dillon Brown MUST be added to the top 20 sr. boys as he is a good runner and i just got word that he is training with Andrew deGroot and Rob Denault who are both OUTSTANDING runners!!.

Yes, i would have to agree that Mike Pesce will definately be up there. He was running well over the summer. Does anyone know where he was during OFSAA last year?

Im just gonna throw this out there and im going to predict Remy binns FTW at ofsaa this year. Remy has recently been in Kenya with Mark Bomba for the past 5 months where he has been getting tons of glycogen after hunting lions and zebras.. his mileage is at an obscene 200km a week. He has also making weekly visits to IHOP @ 7pm at night demanding oatmeal and saying bitch wheres my chicken sandwich and waffle fries. He has also been hitting some hookah bars in the downtown toronto area. Also lets take a step back and think about this jeremy rae drinks smirnoff ice and only ran 30km a week in his prime. This could be vital info for u ofsaa maniacs to wrap your effing skulls around.

Teams update..Notre Dame burlington, R.S. Mclaughlin, Sydenham, and TISS look like contendas maybe even Sarnia Northern, although Highlands not looking as strong.

What about Philip Messina? Haven't seen any results from him yet? well he won trinity invitational which always has tough competition... and in 15:23. The course is short but still impressive nonetheless. He's also running McQuaid today.
