1. Tristan Woodfine (shakes off the Pre-Ofsaa loss and runs the way he can) 2. Andrew Degroot (Takes it out and dies in the last 400) 3. Daryl Smith 4. Paul Janikowski (runs with Daryl the whole time and gets kicked away from) 5. Thomas Devries (Runs with the confidence of a perfect season and pulls off a top five)

1. Paul Janikowski 2. Thomas DeVries 3. Andrew DeGroot 4. Daryl Smith 5. Tristan Woodfine
The race is gonna unfold like this. Degroot, Smith, and Woodfine take it out real hard and try to pull away, doesn't happen, and Jan Man and Tommy D fly right by them making it a two horse race. They stay together and battle the whole way, both putting in the moves and Jani takes it in a final push to the line. Degroot sprints away for third and Smith outkicks Woodfine for fourth. Degroot is disappointed with third, Smith still gets a gold for team, and Woodfine wins next year.

I am admittedly a little perplexed every time I see Steve Hosier's name in the 5th to 7th range in the vast majority of predictions for the SB race. If you've followed this young man's career he always gets stronger as the season progresses, and he is possibly the the most clutch performer in this province when the stage is biggest. There's a reason he finished 17th in the world last July. I have seen all of his races this season and indeed he is getting stronger each week. I would be surprised if he didn't end up on the podium.

Thomas Devries (Runs with the confidence of a perfect season and pulls off a top five) this looks legit if you add one place to all these peoples placings, because well jeff stone is in the race... incase you forgot. also it can be noted that jeff stone ran 22:46 at ropsaa where leader had the previous course best of somewhere in the 23:30 range, and we all know how much you guys loved matt litre... so you might aswell start the jeff stone love fest now.

The ROPSSAA 7K course at Heartlake has seen drastic changes over the last few years due to weather closing off trails on the senior boys loop. Last years course was alot tougher then this years version and 2 years ago the course was alot harder then it was this year. Not to take anything away from Stone, he's a great runner, but a pb on this years course can't match up with previous results at HL.

So you're saying Chris Dulhanty is better than Zain Ahmed? Based on a single race... They both weren't in?

You just admitted that he was burnt out, yet you call him for the win, not gonna happen. I call him based on the results he's had in recent weeks while being unable to train properly.. his racing indicates that he'll do very well. and you've gotta support your home boys
