i have some results from south regions
junior boys 3000m Phillippe Parrot-Migas - 9:16.99 Jacob Wanuch - 9:29.90
Senior boys 3000m Mohammed Ahmed - 8:25.63 Nathan Wanuch - 8:57.60 Taylor Reid - 8:58.44 (he ran 6.5 laps with one shoe on) Nathaniel Green - 8:58.97
Junior Boys - 1500 *Taylor Forbes - 4:12.52 *Daniel Mathie - 4:12.61 Austin Forbes - 4:13.00 Jake Wanuch - 4:13.09 trevor Janssen - 4:14.33 Phillippe Parrot-Migas - 4:14.67 Ryan Albanese - 4:20.29 *I think they mixed up these two in the order/times, because everything (including Taylor) thinks that daniel crossed first. but never the less...it was a very close and exciting race
Steeplechase (boys) Chris Dulhanty - 6:12.90 Nathan Wanuch - 6:13.95 Colin Lavign - 6:19.45 Juan Arango - 6:19.96 Dalton Rismav - 6:21.42

day 1 of ofsaa west just wrapped up and i believe j.p ran something around 3:56 to win the senior 1500 followed by one of the ikrams daryl smith won steeplechase followed by jordan collison running around 6:04 these times were also run on a pretty slow track with wet conditions in the midget 1500 i think it might have been shawn master? winning followed by gavin shields and usama ikram who all went under 4:20

for the west region, they had the 1500 sb results wrong, the revised results should be up soon, but unoffically the tiems were jp at 3:54.40, sohaib ikram at 3:58.79, janikowski at 3:59.41, and patrick galler at 3:59.XX

Someone on another thread timed him at 3:56, official results showed 3:57 now we have a supposed 3:54. Did anyone actually get an accurate time on this race???

well, we had a thunderstorm, and some how they messed up the times, by the end of the day, the official times were 3:54.40 for jp, and 3:58.79 for sohaib ikram, janikowski in 3:59.xx and so on...

your implying that he is the only when capable of breaking that record, when romaniw and syarrs have just as good or better chance of breaking that record

your implying that he is the only when capable of breaking that record, when romaniw and syarrs have just as good or better chance of breaking that record I don't think Romaniw would because I watched him and Jeremy's race at south regionals and Romaniw was dead at the end and jeremy looked like his was breezing through. Although im not saying Romaniw can't, of course it's possible that he can I think he can to, It's just that in my opinion that Jeremy would be most capable of breaking that record then him. Sayers on the other hand, I haven't watched him race so i can't just make a statement at someones time by them trying to shave off 4-5 seconds to break the record. But sure, he could it's possible.

Heaney's record in the 800m will stand this year, due to the fact that nobody can break it "this year".

i think romaniw and sayers have the potential to at least give the record a scare but jrae definitely had the best chance however it should get good with him and malette in the 1500 now that he's concentrating just on that
