If ryan sleiman(1st midget boy's race) decides to run windsor legion, along with corey bellemore (top 10 potential), Devon Elijah(top ten potential) and Sayf Al (21st at ofsaa) they will have one of the strongest teams. O and about the strong gr.9s - Ben Flannagan and Ryan Sleiman, not so sure about messina though.

Durham Dragons to take the Youth Boys team title. Tons of depth to the team i believe there are 17 of us registered to run in the race.

Jay Boychuck, Xavier King, Evan Esselink, Steve Hosier. Backup: Jordan Bierema, Alex Grant,BJ Cunliffe, Spencer Moore, Brendan Mossing, Anthony Caterini, Andrew White, Grady Vanpinxterin, Raza Ahmed, and a few others It is essentially the courtice highschool team and the pickering team put together with some other runners thrown in who are also quite strong. The midget boys team should do fairly well too, They're team consists of Matt Weiser, Brandon Kirkup, Brandon De Souza, Zach Jones, Chris Moyer, Jeremy Coughler, as well as a number of the boys from the OFSAA midget boys pickering championship team.

According to the AO members list Meloche does not belong to the Windsor Legion and Daryl is a junior not a youth. So unless it has not been updated in a while windsor only has 2 of the top guys listed above , Kowalsky and Janikowsky we will find out on Sunday.

We are just going to have to giver' heck 1500m *L*... what happens, happens. There is a lot of good teams out there with some good runners that can step up on any given day.. Good Luck to ALL!! X is better and running well again, we were spanked with the flu at our school.. We are gearing up for Nationals so this will be a good trial run for the team - "Pre-Ofssa" showed promise - On a side note: Congrats to Anthony!! www.newsdurhamregion.com/sports/article/139199Well deserved !!

We have a strong youth boys side, with all of the Sydenham High gyus, plus a couple of strong first year boys from our 3rd place midget team last year, who are now coming off of the flu.
At nationals, our junior boys team will include all of the above, plus two college boys from last year's KCVI team (Alex Hinton and Charly Allen) and a resurgent prodigal son, Nick McGraw, who is at least as fit as he was in gr. 11, when he finished 18th. Lots of fun!

I dont think ben flanagan is in a club just yet... tri city track is inviting flanagan in, his sister runs there and his coach is part of the club too, it would be great to see him go there.
