Ok, first off, sorry that I don't know the name of the Quebec association.
When are these 4 meets going on and what are people's predictions for results?

It's called the QSSF.
The meet is held this friday/saturday in Quebec city at Laval University. There is one auto-qualifying spot per event and the home team has Blouin (3:54, 8:27) and Gill (1:19, 2:28). Anything can happen though.
Sherbrooke Men and McGill Women are the Teams to beat.

OUA's Mens Side: Windsor, provided they don't fall apart or get struck by lightning. Look for Western to put up a fight, and by that I mean they SHOULD score more than HALF of the points Windsor gets, unlike last year.
Women's Side: Should be a good show. No clear cut favourite, with Toronto, Western and Windsor capable of capturing the crown. It will depend on what team can bring the most GAMERS that day.
Athletes of the meet: I am biased, but u gotta admit that Mckenzie should be a favourite. Adjetey-Nelson would be another candidate.
On the Womens side: Sandy Wells (Toronto) or her teammate Jocelyn Adu-Gyamfi.
The individual ones are tough to pick because it all depends whether or not top seeded athletes contest all the events they are ranked in. Some CIS automatic Qualifiers may not even both to compete in certain events. Those are my pics tho, and i am curious to see who the top teams are out west.
All the best to everyone competing this weekend.

OU Predictions Here you go
Mens 600 Mckenzie- in a class by himself Bourke- will start his peak for CIs this weekend Armitage- the next bourke for guelph, quite possibly the CIS 1k champion in 2005
Mens 1k Mckenzie- see above Dunbrack- fresh after likely only having run the 4 x 8, he is a big money racer, National Jr champ in 1998 Bourke- also a big racer
Mens 1500 Mckenzie Thorson- Gryph transfer is really hitting his stride after an injury plagued career at MSU Young- He knows he has to run well to make CIs in the 1500 and I think he will do it This will be a really tight finish with a whole bunch of guys in the mix.
Mens 3k Thorson- taken a flyer here, but I think if he had have been in the fast section at Meyo he would have been right with Young Young- what can you say about this guy no. 2 in canada and a class act Logue- off the map a bit but Logue is not running the 1500 which will leave him fresh while caldwell is in the 1500
Mens 4 x 8 Lancers- mckenzie has a bit of a supporting cast which will mean he doesn't have to go 1:49 this weekend Guelph- talk about depth 4 guys under 2:30, plus another guy at 1:22 and Angus Macaulay who has run 1:53, the real question is who will suit up Waterloo- Scottie arnald comes up with a big anchor leg to pass the mustangs (sure hope to see lann back for the mustang soon)
Womens 600 Marni lee- a solid 4 run in a high school she has made a strong transition to the 600 Tammy dufresne- former ofsaa champ in the 8, will peak perfectly Loni griffin- also a 4 runner in high school, has home track adv.
Womens 1k Anne barrington-auto in the 1k and 3k, could she be like lanny mann who made it in the 1k and 3k but not the 1500 seems unlikely I will be honest i got nothing for the next 2 except I dont think Bonisteel will be in the top 3 as she is also entered in the 3k
Womens 1500 Wells- this is her event and she has slightly better speed then beth Whightmen-this could be the race of the meet, as there are any number of women who could be in the mix Barrington- probably gets CIS auto here
Womens 3k Whightmen- CIS cross champ shows why Wells- early season 9;57 looked great mid season 9:56 somewhat less promising Mullins- at one point I was wondering who this girl was, and how there could be a rookie that I had never heard of, then it turned out she was multi-time all canadian
Womens 4 x8 Queens- Barington and whightmen are to strong for tdot Toronto- nice depth but just not enough Windsor- can all their 600 girls streetch it out over the extra lap?

Just for fun ... here are my top three predictions for tonights 1500m at OUA ... Women: S. Wells A. Barrington B. Wightman Men: R. McKenzie T. Caldwell K. Desormeaux dude, you had all but one of those right! looks like the guy's 15 was a kicking affair (correct me if I'm wrong). The women's 15 - good job Laura... that a pb? 4x800 seems alright. I wouldn't read much into that one though... I think both teams can go quite a bit faster than that and I think we will see that at CI's. On a side note, did they change the format of OUA's? I remember they never had the fast sections on friday...

Ya ... it was a pretty good prediction ... and just think if Beth didn't fall I may have had a 100% success rate!!
(For those who don't know Wightmen went down on the first corner ... I'm not sure why the race wasn't called back ... either way after she got up she had to work pretty hard to catch the pack ... which probably hurt her kick!!!)
Either way, great racing!
Here are my predictions for tomorrow's 3000m:
Women B. Wightmen S. Wells R. Mullins
Men T. Caldwell C. Thorson B. Young
