Men's race goes at 1:45pm and women are 1pm. I'm not sure if there is anything up about the race, but the Queen's XC and Track webpage is at www.queenstrack.com |

Open Cross Country Meet
Saturday, October 16, 2004
Location: Fort Henry Heights, Kingston, Ontario
Meet Director: Shane Lakins, Queen's University
Date: Saturday, October 16, 2004
Events:
1:00 p.m. Women's 5 km - University/College/Open
1:45 p.m. Men's 10km - University/College/Open
Course: The Course is a 2.5 km loop, all grass and consists of rolling
hills with some flat areas. The course is very spectator friendly with a
large portion visible from a central area. The course will be marked the
evening before the race. All teams are welcome to tour the course anytime
before the race.
Awards: Top 5 team members score, unlimited entries. Medals for the top 3
male and female teams and top 3 male and female finishers will be awarded.
Awards will be given out following the men's race at the race site.
Entry Fee: $10.00 per runner. Maximum $100.00 per team, ($200/school)
Entries: Must be received by 5:30 p.m., Wed. October 13th . Late or race
day entries will be $20.00 per person and are not included in any Max. team
fee.
