Im gonna be at the Heart Lake invitational meet this friday but i wont be running so im hoping to see a good race in senior boys, ne one know which of the top guys are entered in the meet, if so do tell

Yeah, that's Heart Lake for you; it's one of, if not the toughest high school course in all of Ontario.
