Fairly decent results. Huge run for Bob Westman of UWO qualifying for CIS and putting up the fastest time in the CIS 300m this year. Guelph with 4men under 2 :30 in the 1000 and mackenzie with a solid 1000 as well.

Unoffical results: Willis won, 3:56. Nate or Jordan Destlites (sp?) was second in 3:58, Gavin Thompson was fourth. Willis colsed with a 57 last 400, pulling away from everyone. They went through half in 2:01. Rumour is Warhurst wanted them to race, not time trial

Thanks

Nate went 3:58, Willis supposedly closed somewhere between 54-57 for his last 400m. Eric Morrison ran 4:02. The 3k was pretty much a Wisconsin sweep (4 of top 6). Looks like Teg is back and Bairu is in shape. Results are up at the ND website. I was too lazy to copy the link. It appears T-bone got screwed on the heats. Brandon Young ran well (~8:22).

4:03.67 for Kurt... Interesting to see if he will go under outdoors. Good Job anyways.

There were some awesome times run today:
4x400 University of Western Ontario 'A' 3:13.23 is this a record? - I remember when Neimi was at York, they thought they had a chance at that by going 3:16 or something... Western has an awesome guys sprint team... Windsor and Guelph put in good times as well.
1000 Ryan and the Guelph boys (and the Windsor boys too) good runs by all.... looks like there is a lot of depth in the 1000 this year in CI's.
I know there are more but I'm too lazy to look them all up, but it was a good day for CIS athletes at ND.
