Open cross country races will be tough to find as that is championship season with the OUA, CIS, OFSAA and OTFA races all within a couple weeks of that. It looks like there is a 5 mile road race in Grimsby on the 6th (http://www.instride.ca/start1.html) and a 7.5km race in York (http://www.xsnrg.org/hm/) on the 7th. Hope you find something that interests you.

there is a 5k roadrace in guelph on novermber 7th. it gets about 500 people and the winner usually runs around 15:30. man, it's going to be happening in guelph that weekend. holy moly check www.therunningworks.com to register |
