Listen and listen up good Speed Creek. Your team leader is making fun of our team so let me say this in return. Coolseat you and your bullshit 160km weeks are way too much for a guy who ran national junior steeple and finished 8th in that garbage field. Milne, Osaduik, Kiauka all beat you there and you're going to have a reckoning with the west guys again. It's bad enough that you talk the smack but we'll see if you walk the walk. You're going to be in so much pain that your head is going to swell to the size of that picture. And when your head is swelling I'm going to kick you in the ass at the bar. Murphy, T-Bone, T-Rex, or T and cookies or what ever you call him isn't even going to get a chance to see the competition. We are going to drop mr.slow twitch in the first hundred. I think the reason Slow River wins every year is because they are the only team with enough guys. Not this year. The only smart move made by one of your guys was quiting and running away with his tail between his legs. He knew the storm from out west is going to be too much for the wimps from Guelph. By the way...what is Guelph? is it a city, comminuty or just a collection of mis-fits!

Guelph is a city about 45mins West of Toronto and 45mins east of London.
Guelph is also a university.

Coolsaet runs 160km every 10 days. He's on a 10 day schedule not a weekly schedule. its actually about 120km a week.

I have a question about all these foreign guys. I can understand why they might run BC's -- it's pretty close, and there's money. But are any of them actually going to run nationals? I wouldn't really see the point, unless they're really desperate for competition. Perhaps I'm wrong, but it seemed like people were implying this in earlier posts.

If I was a betting man, I would put my money on a team from Ontario. First off the BC guys usually lie down at Nats. Secondly, UTTC (With Danny T, Dr. Matt and company will be strong), TCTC is always up there, and finally the money team TOC. As you can see I think TOC, Slow River, or TCTC wins; same old order. And finally, the course and weather suites the guys from the east. The X-factor will be if Gillis runs for Speed River. We know Milne will win, but then Speed River will be 2-3 with Coldneck and Gillis.

I would like to apologize to curious or anyone else I offended. I wasn't feeling the best when I posted those msg and I'm not proud of them. I have been going through a hard time and coming to grips with reality and trying to understand myself and some of my urges. I know some of my posts actually didn't make sense, it's like I was in a trance and all of a sudden I realize I just posted something that makes me seem so retarded. Just wanted you all to know that I regret what I've done and if anyone is a meathead it is me.

Word is on the street that a bunch of the guys out west (victoria) got dumped by their coach (Milne included). So whose coaching them now? Maybe Hood out of the back of the store. Miklos, you're crazy.

Judging by Milne's latest performance it appears that Marek is coaching him again???

Is that Roulston? Do you guys have any idea that I didn't run in flats, but rather hiking boots! It also have an axe and pick and when I got to the summit I had a good laugh with Andrew Smith. And if the jokes don't stop around the stroe and online- I'm going to get Hutch to post his report from last year's experience! I beleive he did it with a compass and map. He also took a journal to report his travels!

Pac Sport is sending a team to bring down those speed river guys at Nationals. Milne, Hood, Kiauka, O'Brien, Wacheira, and Simpson. If not, we will still enjoy the after party.

i have heard through inside sources that the second biggest waste of talent in BC, (second only to the infamous Matt Love and his stunning BC high school 3000m gold medal) Geoff Ried has been busy with some secret training..including training sessions with "The" weekend warrior Colin Dignum up the gourse grind...
he will hopefully be looking for some redemption at bc cross against long time rivals Dick "penis quads" Moseley and David "it was a get in there, get the job done and get outta there race" Milne
good luck to geoff and his quest to slip under 170
