I like to think that I keep pretty good tabs on Canadian results south of the boarder, but I have only seen one XC or Track result from Amy Kohlmeier in her two seasons with ND. Does anyone know what happened to her? Injuries or otherwise?
But on a more positive note her sister Aly is tearing it up for UofM, 18th at the ND Invite. Also of note is Danette Doetzel a freshman for MSU from Sask was 6th in the same race behind the likes of Bei, Huddle and Craig!
NCAA enthusiasts should also check out the Great American XC results. Carol Henry was 2nd in the Womens Nike ROC 5km.

Actually she has one freshman XC result but it isn't exactly representative of the type of performances she produced in HS.

Amy fractured her femur in three spots last Christmas break in a snow boarding accident. Her recovery from this major injury has been nothing short of amazing.

Wow great job by benninger he is in fine form. I wonder how long it will take henock to adapt to the American style of racing he ran just under 25 min for like 70 something in that race. Benninger sure got some revenge from his race at jr nats last year that he must have raced very tired from his ncaa season

henock fell once for sure, could have been twice. also have heard that he likes to leave practice early and go back to his room. like in the middle of a workout or run.
