i know that many people have done the beep test, so whats your highes level and age that you did it. mine is 12 and im in gr 9

i went back to high school one day just to have another go at it; ran an 18.3 in my brother's gym class.

yea, there are different versions
i ran like 17.5 or 18.5 the monday after grade 9 ofsaa... i think

Ya, there are many different types, they all vary in distance and in speed to do on the different levels
