I just had a question about training with weights.
I want to go do some cross training with weights and I wasn't sure about when to do it.
Should I do it early in the morning before I have practice or after practice later in the evening?
Also, should i do it on workout days or on run days?

yur best bet would be to rock the weights in the a.m on yur easy days. and then go for yur run in the p.m.
