I suggest you attend our social on Friday January 22nd, 2010 @ 6:30PM before making a commitment to the successful continuation of this event. We are strongly considering a change of timing to accommodate both our executive members who happen to be students, and more importantly the athletes and builders of our community who cannot find time in March to attend.

Chris Brewster, founder of 'The Runners' Choice Brewster Banner', and VP of Client Services with Mosaic Sales Solutions will be in attendance. Chris is a strong supporter of our efforts, and is excited to see what everyone has to contribute to this year's event.

If I have overlooked important members of our running community, please feel free to forward this email. Numbers are not an issue as we have secured a private space, drinks and snacks will only be supplied to VIP invitations.

A few reminders to anyone using this thread to gather info:

*There will be no charge at the door if you are with our party.

*Attire: Dress to The Barking Frog as you usually would
*Non-Regulars: Business Casual or a Nice Dress/(Shirt) is fine.

*We have secured the upstairs atrium at The Barking Frog. IT IS HUGE, SO NUMBERS ARE NOT AN ISSUE. Bring friends, we are NOT trying to fundraise tonight, only SOCIALIZE.

*We will be able to provide appetizers for more than just the VIP Guests. Please take advantage as our numbers have already been called in

*Feel free to arrive fashionably late, appetizers will be ordered at approximately 7:00pm tonight on a rolling cycle as they run out. Party begins at 6:30pm.

*Email me to obtain the frog's appetizer menu ASAP for allergic things to avoid, and/or preferences.
