A healthy Bairu with more recovery time after NCAA should be able to pull of the tri.

Don't forget Sullivan. As I understand the new rules, he has to run if he wants to go to Worlds. If he takes the race seriously (and conditions are reasonable), I think he can beat anyone except Schiebler.

So Schiebler is racing then? I'd like to see Sully race Bairu in cross, i think it could be an epic battle (assuming of course they both come to race, not just to make the team)

Should be a fun year this year. The NCAA guys have enough time to recover for once so they should be tougher to beat and more of them. Bairu and Brannen should be leading that group. Morrison and Milne will be back. Guys thinking of short course should show up this year which may or may not include Sully and Shiebler. Kerr and Kiauka are wildcards. Gillis and Gordo from the east. Will Bourgeois and Bourke be back?

So Schiebler is racing then? I don't know anything about anybody. I just meant that I think Sully could beat any eligible Canadian, except Jeff (assuming Schiebler was in decent shape and cared about it).

Bourke is slowsly getting back to his 'old' 29:30 (10k) and 8:06 (3 k) kind of form.. He's training hard right now! As for Bourgeois, who knows ..?
We'll definetly have a really strong championship this year!
Stay healthy y'all...

I was about to say the same thing.
Milne, here's a lesson
There - place. "look over there." Their - ownership. "is they their boat?" They're - as in "they are". "speed river, they're the best."

Just to point out to Triple H, that Kiauka and OBrien weren't at H2H last year and Hood is in a whole kinda kickin some Bomba butt shape that he hasn't been in for some time (least that's what I hear) so while you may have come up with a funny ;D it was quite a way off factually speaking. Oh and if Scott Simpson is seriously running with those guys, Speed River might not have it so easy (unless of course they require skateboards to be used this year) However with 5 to score, what are the chances that all 5 of those westerners will even run (Hood esp. after NYC Marathon)? I still give the nod to the boys at the River by a runny nose. And they're you have it. Sincerely, knowitall

As long as Kiauka doesn't pull out the night before the team will do fine! O'Brien was not on the team.

Yeah, afterwards I realized that O'Brien ran for the Island team last year. You'll have to excuse me -- I get excited whenever there's a chance to make fun of Milne. I'm sure you understand.

Back on Topic... here's your top 10 (in order)
Bairu Sullivan Coolseat Morrisson Hood Bourgeois Gillis Kerr Deere Cantin
Of course it's just a prediction so there is still a need to run the race.

bairu (he will need to close very hard this year) coolsaet (runs well when it counts morisson (if its muddy he will win) sullivan (it better not be slow, or else he could win) gillis (always ready to roll during xc) kerr (talent) booth (darkhorse? Will he recover from his marathon?) bougeois (how fit will he be?) murphy (will run well if not muddy) cantin (interesting to see what a year of soloid traing does)
