When does the indoor track season officially begin? Last year I wasn't aware of many meets until end of January/early February, but I know several runners who skipped out on cross country nationals to get right into the indoor season. Any information on this? Feel free to post any preds as well  |

Results look pretty good except the 800m 1500m, great 3km also great 400m. Any ideas on how the races went down?

Don't know about the other races but the 3000m was led by Ross Proudfoot for the first 2km at 2:52 through 1 and 5:47 through then Nigel took over and led to the finish. Evan passed Ross with 400 to go. Great race by all 3. I think it's a PB for Ross.

if anybody were flying through 800 or 1500 right now, they'd be burnt out way before spring comes around.
