The term yogging often refers to the form of running for a long period of time at a pace similar to that of an old man, while supposedly getting yogger extremely jacked in the downstairs area,and as ron burgandy say's "it's supposed to be wild." Feel free to add your own yogging stories (they don't have to be real, that's the beauty of the site no one know's if the post's are true or not)

HUH. I'm impressed, this fasterthanjesus seems like a stand-up guy. Whatever happened to him? He just seemed to have disappeared from the chat forum. It's a shame too, he obviously knew so much about running, because lets face it you'd have to, to beat Jesus in a race, which he clearly did according to his name.
