Apparently a midget girl got hit by a deer in the race and broke her collar bone.. Good thing deer season opens on monday...

today was a nice day to run... sorry to those sr's who had aa 48 minute delay in there race.

In the Junior Boys Eamon Kichuk won with a time of 21:50 something. Palamar i blieve was second ( not sure though), Abdi Jama was top 3 with a little more than a kilometre left and had collapsed with a leg cramp. Moyer pulled out as well i believe. In the Senior Boys race Tristan just took it out from the first k and held it. Senior Girls race, Joanna Brown won with a substantial lead. Midget Girls Jamie won and then Natalia.

about the deer story, it was a dog that was off its leashthat hit the girl and yeah she did break her colar bone. somebody saw a dear yesterday on the trail and thats where the two stories got combined.
