BC XC: New Location

As I'm sure some have heard already, it was just announced that BC XC has switched locations from Stanley Park to Jericho Beach. No info as to why, but visit here for further information: www.bcathletics.org/main/xcchamps.htm

Always great when the provincial championship location is switched less than a week before the event.

Any ideas on the type of course this is ? flat rolling hilly ect.

If it's the same course they've used in the past for XC Nations and/or BC HS, it's fairly flat, mostly on grass, and has only one "hill" at 1k I think of about 10-15m. Ask any of the guys from BC on the UBC squad and they'll know the course.
