Can one who has run on Kingston course fill me in as to surface and hilly element etc.

same as ouas last year and kingston invitational.

The surface is a six-foot-wide, grass trail. There are a couple hills on the route and a few quick turns. There is a short and steep hill at about 600 metres and a longer, gradual hill in the final 400 metres.
