MATT BRUNSTING JUST RAN A 15:08 FOR 3MILES FOR THAT IS ABOUT 15:40 FOR CROSS COUNTRY COURES SO I THINK CURRIE AND MATT ARE GOING TO DUKE IT OUT AT OFSSA FOR THE GOLD

marcus dillon beat both brunstings and finn at trinity so i wouldnt be so sure that it will just be brunsting and currie

Ok enough is enough!!! All these petty predictions about OFSAA are really getting annoying. Wait until at least Pre OFSAA before you tell me who will win OFSAA. Look at the Senior Boys race....it's obvious....2 guys will run away with it.....Fisico and Currie. END OF STORY

We all now it will be tough to win this year i do not care if you have run a sick 3k or not we are running seven km. There are bunch of guys who are going to duke it out but i think only mentally tough will win it cause i am sure all this guys having training for a while a have the physical game down. It is all mental from here on in.

currie is up too going that disatnce I just seen some resutls that he ran a race in waterloo which was 8k and he ran it in 25:49 on a pretty hilly course and fisico also has good endurance too after running a 15:12 at jr nats but is a little weake at cross

A lot of these OFSAA predictions are not necessary. I'm sure we could all agree on a short list of about 10 guys who could satify or go beyond everyones expectations on race day. And the suggestion of waiting until Pre-Ofssa before making many more predictions is a very weak statement loaded with a lot of assumptions. The truth is no one really knows how many of the favorites are going to run and the favorites who do end up running may be in very different phases of their training. Some athletes may train straight through Pre-Ofssa while some will do a mini taper to test their fitness on good legs. So its probably best to save the predictions for race day and use this message board to post updates on the fitness and preformances of the various favorites. I'm sure we would all rather read about Joe and Matt Brunsting doing a great workout of 8x1km in 3min on 1min rest, than the next 20 guys who think Dillon and Fisco are "gonna kick some ass".

Ya mike ran good but currie just ran a 8k in 25:49 and that puts him at a high 31min 10k and he has never ran a 10k before so thats all i have too say

hey idiot, a 25:49 does not even come close to a 31min 10km. It means that he can probably run 33 minutes. Which isn't that special.

who cares what the 8k time of currie converts too, anderson got absolutely destroyed at pre ofsaa and finished 10th. He wont be there at ofsaa anyways and i can assure u that currie will and thats all thats important
