He didn't run track this year, I'm not sure why. He was second at cross country in eossaa only to Braden Novakowski and had a great race and finished 5th I think at OFSAA.

Dont know why he dind't run track this year. His best times are around 4 20 and 9 25. I think he could have had an awesome time but prolly wouldn't have even made OFSAA for track since the east region was so sick in distance this year!

he's definitely capable of somethin faster than 420 and 925
the guy was 5th or 6th at ofsaa xc sb
sub nine 3k for sure
very close to sub 15 for 5k i would think

His 2003 track times are around the 9:30 and 4:20 mark, barly made it out of eossaa to east regionals. He is an amazing cross country runner but does not have the speed for track. He's a hell of a guy
