There seems to be a pattern developing with all hurdle favoirtes. First devers goes down then the jamician girl then perdita, pitman comes in 5th and now johnson goes down today. It is the hurdle curse. Watch out Felix.

have u watched a marathon lately! long distance is by far the most boring thing to watch...running isn't that exciting at least hurdles make it a little more interesting to watch...why do u think no one cares about xc

We wonder why the general public doesn't care about track and field yet people continue to come out here and bash other events within the sport. If you are a real track and field fan and follow the event enough, I guarentee you can find some excitement in any event out there. I admit I used to pretty much follow distance races, but now high jump and hammer throw are two of my favorite events to watch. Give the other events a chance guys.

i like watching all of the events, not just athletics, especially when profiles are given on the athletes and some rules for the sport, it does make it much more interesting to watch a sport you are not familiar with
