Wow what a race, here it is www.joffroirunning.com/videos.htmlEL G last 800 1:46.8 Silva was 1:46.6 with a 51.2 last 400, letting up the last 10 meters when he saw he couldn't get the lead two AMAZING! I think if he had run tactical a little more agressive he might have won, although he did run on the rail the whole race and only made one move so maybe the kick wouldn't have been there, hard to say I guess. Interesting though Silva and East both employed the same strategy Sully tried to use in the semis and it worked well for both; however, the pace was 5 seconds faster at 800, and East and Silva both have better 800 meter PBs then Sully, East at 1:46.2 and Silva at 1:44.9. That being said Sully has proven in the past to be able to kick with these guys.
