This is an amazing result for Reid. What a great opportunity for him to run fast, and he capitalises on it. Heusden, formerly Hechtel, is known to be an amazing meet to blaze personal bests. Apparently the stadium is surrounded by forest and thus the air is just amazing. What a great sign for Cnd distance running! The Olympic year seems to be bringing out great things in our athletes. Its unfortunate someone like Reid won't get to compete in Athens, because of various bogus standards and guidelines set out by the IOC, COC, and AC.
Where will we see Reid next? a Zurich B race perhaps?
