Blazin' fast 3k at red simmons invite for Sully and Brannen. Looks like they're in good shape to make world short course.

I could be wrong but I think it is unlikely that Nate will run World Cross because you can't run NCs and World Cross and I think his focus would be on winning the 800 or perhaps the mile at NCs. Should be interesting to see what he does in the grand next weekend in Boston, I believe the Canadian as well as NCAA record is 2:19 by Doug Consiglio.

Paul Morrisson also ran 8:05 in Arkansas to join the pool.

Anyone care to venture a guess who will make up Canada's 4k squad, Sully and Kerr are locks, so that leaves 4 spots for
Coolsaet Bourgeois Mazzota Cantin Kaley Morrison Deere Milne Hood Hutchinson Corbitt Bomba?

Half those guys aren't even in the pool, which will make it really tough for them to get on the team; but I've seen Athletics canada do wierder things.

Hutcinson, Corbitt and Bomba are not on the list. Bomba has a marathon soon so a 3k might not be in his best interest right now. You can add Ryan Hayden (is he redshirting?) Richard Mosely and Matt Johnston to the list. Watch out for Seattle this weekend.
