Without getting into the top 12 criteria that COC has set, the least they could have done, if they are going to set a real high bar, was make those criteria clear: "That draft criteria stated that a mile equivalent, based upon IAAF performance tables, would be accepted for the second 2003 'A' standard. His Prefontaine performance was just under the 3:53.35 conversion.
