Sorry this isn't very detailed but I only know what was left on DST's voicemail back here in Guelph. Jay Cantin was 6th in the mile in a time of 3:58.8 and Coldneck was 7th in a time of 4:00.08. I'll post more if I hear from them.

From memory Mckenzie, Ellerton and Cantin all ran 358 with coolsaet at 400.08 in the miracle mile, Mike woods ran 401 and won the b section.
Gary reed ran 145 to win, whitmarsh 2nd in 146. Thats the best i can do off of memory.

This was one of the better Jeromes I've seen in a while. Some highlights and things some people might overlook: Mike Woods running 4:01 in to solo the last 500m in the B heat mile. Miracle Mile: MacKenzie, Cantin, Ellerton ran like studs with Coldneck just missing sub 4. By the way I didn't understand why Ellerton missed the start of the 800m someone said he was right there. Both men's and women's 800 had some good performances Sarah Ali Khan ran 2:02 to finish 2nd to Dianne.

Unless I'm clicking the wrong spot, that link, as of right now (midnight eastern) just has the 10,000m results...
but, Letsrun got some mile and steeple results somehow posted on their message board:
Just got off the phone with Cantin, and I guess Ellerton was ready to go in the 800m, and was told there was a couple of minutes left, turned around, and the gun fired...so he missed the start. Certainly didn't let that effect his mile! (sorry for the lack of formatting)...

Great runs by everyone (mackenzie, coolsaet, ellerton, cantin, etc). Too bad Woods wasn't in the fast heat, I think he would've been sub 4 for sure.
