Does anyone know the fastest 10,000m ever run on the track in Ontario?
OTFA hasn't been able to tell me yet? Anyone know?
Cheers,

Jerome Drayton ran 28:25.8 in Hamilton on June 20, 1970. I don't know if any non-Canadians have ever gone faster than that.

Good thinking. The winner was Ahmed Baday of Morocco, in 28:13.54. Was that run on the Ontario side of the river?

Thats what I thought would be the fastest all-time 10k in Ontario, just didn't have the actual time handy. Maybe the fastest 10k on a light blue track ever?

Thanx for the feeback guys. OTFA confimed that the Morrocan's time at Franco Games in Ottawa is the fastest ever on an Ontario track.
Drayton's time from Hamilton stood up for a long time - where did he run that in Hamilton? Anyone know?
