Trying to find out if anyone will be racing the 5000m at the London Distance Festival this Saturday. Looking to run 14:10-14:20.

If you have run those times before and you want to go to London for the money then I think its yours for the taking. If you are aspiring to run those times and are looking for bodies to run with you may want to try the Boston meet on the 26th or possibly Hamilton on the 29th. www.bostonhighperformance.com

Anybody planning on racing the 5000m in Boston on the 26th? Last time I checked the website, there were very little entries posted. I see that there is a 5000m in Hamilton on the 29th, but I don't know what the turnout for that will be. Just trying to find a quality 5000m before Nationals.

Unfortunately most Boston entries don't start showing up until a few days before the meet, but if you look at past results almost all of the 5k's are at worst in and around the times you're looking for. If you're looking to run sub 14:30 or 14:20 I'd definately look to Boston before Hamilton. That's my opinion though.
