"Due to inclement weather, all running events scheduled for Wednesday -- excluding the completed women's 4x100-meter relay -- have been postponed. At 9 p.m. CT a decision will be made about the women's javelin and select heptathlon events. The only running event to be contested was the women's 4x100 meter prelims which saw LSU post the fastest qualifying time of 43.04. Wow the picture from the site with results looks insane. I thought it was goin to be some wussy weather that stopped them but that rain looks horendous.
