Entry lists will likely be posted on the www.torontotrack.com website in the next couple days. What do you define "real good competition" as? For a Sullivan, a sub 4 minute 1500 is not "good competition", but for a 4:10 guy, it would be too good. For what it's worth, there should be a sub 4 Saturday.

I know from Speed River/U of G group Cantin, Coolsaet, Murphy, Kyle Jones, Greg Hutchinson, Mike Delmonte and myself are running the 1500.

I think that Caldwell, Daley and Danny T-K are all running the 1500. Should be a barnburner!

The men's 1500 was a real Ripsnorter. Several PBs. Danny T-K rabbited through 1000 and went through 800 in 2:02. Coolsaet was right with him. Cantin put in a big move with 400+ to go and Reid went right with him. Caldwell put in an impressive last 400 to go by Murphy and Daley and just snuck under CIS standard.
Results Cantin 3:48 Coolsaet 3:49 Caldwell 3:53 Murphy 3:55 Daley 3:55 Dunbar 3:57 Smith 3:59

It definitely sounded like you were planning on it. Looks like you could have had some good competition for the 600, although the 1000 was pretty weak.
