I'd like to point out Joe Brunsting's very impressive run, 8:40 for a 13 second pb to finish third at East Regionals. He hadn't broke 9 minutes until this April!! Does anybody has Joe's email address??? Props to Scott Miller with his 6:10.51 steeple to take the fastest qualifying time.
Good luck everyone!

From what I've been told Kyle Boorsma won the West Junior Mens 3000m today in 9:02. He was in 5th with 700 to go and then moved into 2nd with 200 to go and won in a final kick. Great run for Boorsma. Dont know the winners but there were 4 Sr Men under approx 8:50. Russell CHristie was 3rd in 8:46-47 but that's all the info I received.

All regional results except NOSSA are posted at www.wecssaatf.cjb.net . We are also pleased to be the official site of OFSAA T and F 2005 as OFSAA will be in Windsor. I had fun in 2000 being the first OFSAA to post everything live as it happened and now everyone posts results. I think it is great for the Ontario High School T and F community. I Hope everyone can share information as soon as they get it. H
