Hey Guys, Just to echo Moulton's message. The 10k is a go again this year. We have had some significant interest this year and hope for another successful race. Additionally, there will be some 1500m heats prior to the race and Brad Young will be adding this meet to their schedule. Just FYI, my email address is Calvinstpls@aol.com and you can access moult's address from above. Hope we can get some nice Canadian representation. All the best, Cal

The Hamilton High Performance 10,000m Footrace will be added to the McMaster Twilight Series on Wed June 23rd. It is OTFA sanctioned. We will be running this high performance race (pre-entry only) and this year we will be adding 1500m twilight sections in the lead-up to the big race (open, enter on-site). Early inquiries into entries, etc. should be directed to Calvin Staples and Chris Moulton (thanks guys!) - I believe their contact info is in the thread above... All this info will be up on our website before the end of the week: www-athrec.mcmaster.ca/athletics/teams/crosscountry/summertrack.htmBrad Young

Just FYI, This meet will have a minimum of $1000.00 prize money. Structure has not yet been set. Any athletes from outside of Ontario interested in racing please contact Moulton or myself for race details. Currently, we have had interest from the Hansons, 7 other Americans who are at or below 29:00 (including Gavin Thompson). Hopefully more will follow. Remember the meet date is June 23rd 2004. See you then Cal
