Awesome race for Ryan Weber as well. I believe this is first time he's made automatic standard for an NAIA champs. 8:40 should be about a 9-10 sec PB. With Prosser and Mosley also running well, the SFU guys are looking pretty good for this time of year.

just a sidebar to moulton's last post about Epp
maybe i missed it before but why isnt he running as dominantly as he did say last cross season when he won CI's
i also recall seein him deep in the nats field this year... has he been hurt lately?

Moulton, The U in front stands for unattached and British Columbia is where hes from. At least thats what it loks like. Hope that helps rookie

Jamie is training with the UBC/Kajaks training group and is healthy. He just had a tough race on the weekend but seems to be fit and should be ready to go when it counts. The rest of the UBC team opened up on Sunday with some good results at UW highlighted with Luke Ratzlaff(transfer from calgary) getting 2nd in a tactical mile in 4:23, Roulston winning the 3k in 8:31, Titus 5th in the 3k in 8:48.
