Where has everyone gone, just because you can't pretend to be someone else, people dont post there opinions anymore? Well here are the big questions for OFSAA. 1. Is braden running? 2. Mike Woods is running a 5k the week before, how does the impact the Henok Woods showdown. 3. Can any girl run with Tara McKay over 3k? 4. Aly v. McKay who do people like for 1500 glory?
My guesses 1. no idea 2. Henok runs 8:09 for the win, Woods 8:15 for 2nd 3. No Tara run 9:30 for the win 4. Aly has run 4:22, McKay hasnt run anything close to that take Aly for the win in 4:26.

To answer one of your questions. Yes braden is running and won the 1500 yesterday in his qualifying meet in kingston, didn't get a time but won by about 150 meters. In jr Boys Matt Hulse won in 4.01, followed by Sam Gouett in 4.06 good times for gr.10's at a qualifying meet on an OK track. Danielle Hammond won Sr Girls 1500. Lauren Moore beat OFSAA X-country silver medalist Allison Thomas to win the jr girls 1500. Braden will prolly be running the 3000 today.

I believe Aly Kohlmeir has run 4 20 at worlds in the summer. That was either in the final or in the heat. I am not sure.. Has Tarah MKay been running fast over 3k this season?

its tough to go against lechebo in the 3 but the 15 could be a great battle. i wouldnt count nova out of either of these races either...
the 800 is finn's to lose, rengifo should be in the mix as well.

Although Henok would be great in the 1500. I have discovered that he will only be running the 3km at ofsaa this year. This will really twist things up a bit. With woods running both he won't be fresh, and while trying to beat henok is already hard, having henok fresh and woods a little worn out this might just go one way in the 3km. Thats just my opinion, but we will have to wait and see.

y would he henok do that? he very well could take both races. is he trying for the 3k record and wants to be at his very best? or is he holding out for a bigger meet to show what he can do in the 15? either way if he doesnt run i think that woods in gunna take the 15 with nova probably not gunna be at his best and henok will take the 3k by upwards of 10secs give or take.

The reason why Henok is not running the 3km i heard is becasue he is running a 5km the week before and is hoping to pull off a really good time. As well i heard it conflicts with his qualfying which might be another reason. Although it doesn't matter it's still gonna be a great 1500 anyways. there are a lot of guys this year that could do very well. As well who do you think will be some of the top guys in these races? It would be very interesting to see some of your opinions.
