where are the standards posted? and are there standards for the trials

I'm not sure where the Trials standards are but last year they were around 1:52, 3:51 and 14:20 for the men. Here are Oly standards for Canadians, which are considerably harder than the IAAF's standards in a few events. It seems like AC has adapted the new 1500 standard of 3:36, why haven't they done this in the Marathon and steeple? 2:15 and 8:24 are IAAF's standards...
