Very interesting article saying how the COC has changed its qualifying standards for the canadian athens team. befoe the qualifying standards set out by the IOC were enough, now COC states you have to be ranked top 16 in the world. This leaves a lot of people in limbo, if this rule was in place four years ago, Simon Whitfield would not have been on the plane-
