I heard Emilie Mondor went 31:10 today at the Sun Run this is a fantastic time and would have ranked her top 10 in the world on the track last year and 2nd in the world road rankings, can anyone tell me about the course? Oh yeah and she beat a former World Champion Sally Barsosio in the process although Sally hasn't been up to form since hitting the senior age categorym, but was 10th this year at World Cross.

The fact that it was also on a pretty challenging road course is even better", said Mondor with lots of excitement in her voice.
