For those of you who read the interview of myself and some guy named kris, were supposed to have a head to head race; tnfnorth v.s trackie, if you will. FOr any of you who know this guy smack him in the head and tell him to get his ass to the track. I want this race-like it was promised.

Hey, this would be the trackie wuss lol.
When you're out of highschool and university not many hours to train in a day. I'm working 18 hour days getting our athletes track seasons ready and doing their marketing. Olympics are coming up as I am sure you are aware and I am focusing all of my time with them.
I finally found some time to actually start training last week, and I am racing July 1st in Halifax at the 5th annual bridge mile.
Now before you go running your mouth to look like you're the shit and make me look bad, why dont you ask some questions to the trackie boys, adam, matt and me about why this race has not yet happend. Like where did you dissapear to? We hear nothing from you and then out of nowhere you post saying I wussed out. You crack me up. Fact of the matter I was fit and ready to go before i moved here to montreal. So you want to do this, lets go come on up to montreal, i work 7 days a week so i cant get out of here... I've been training a week, give me 5 weeks thats all i need.

and who wrote that it is a tnfnorth vs. trackie showdown? i would think tnfnorth could pick a better candidate to represent itself. when did brad_ofsaa become the spokesperson of this site? he should come with a slightly modified version of those tv show disclaimers:
"the views expressed in his antics are not shared by the producers, or anyone else in the world for that matter. but we all get a good laugh."

Lacquement mind your damn business. Mackenzie, took it the wrong way, my bad-
Deekay- May i ask what brings upon such degrade? A little harsh.
Maybe you all skipped the meaning of my original post and plainly took it the wrong way, i'm only trying to get this sparked.
Again, lacquement, please, shut the hell up.

well brad if your so upset about Lacquement getting in your "business" why would you post it on a public form. The purpose of a message board is to create dialogue and whatnot, so by posting your "business" on this form anyone can post whatever they want about it.

I don't think I need to reiterate what's allready been said about this being a public forum and that by posting on it, we are all subject to criticism and redicule for what we say and do on and off the board (I for one have been cut up many a time as I am "the biggest plug in the league" and have "bucked like a reindeer on christmas eve" (or something like that) lol.. those still make me laugh...) anyways, if you say something one here, expect someone else to say something against it. Especially if what you say attacks others (btw, as anyone who has seen him holding a bottle of Colt 45 knows, Brooksy is pure class). Ryan p.s. just so there is no confusion for you Brad, the "smiley" at the beginning of this post is meant as a JOKE

First off, I would like to commend Brad on trying to start a legitimate topic. I for one have been looking forward to this race.
Now 2ndly, all of you should really lay off this man, and show some mutual respect.
Ryan Mckenzie, How did you like it in the winter when everyone was calling you a little bitch? and saying that you race girls? Im guessing you didn't like it at all. I'd also like to ask you what was so funny about you asking Brad if he wanted to race? Did you just feel left out, because after CIS track the attention was on Brandon Young and his 3K gold and not your 4 gold performance? For someone who tries to walk the fine line of modesty, and confidence, you sure don't act your age. Maybe I should put the question out to you. Do you continually act 16, so that people don't realize you are 28 and running against 18 year olds?
As for Laquement, and Deekay, I don't know any of you but just give the kid a break.

It may have been a legitimate topic but the way it was done does not show much class.Heading it, Guess the trackie guy is wimpin out is exactly the type of ignorant bashing that ruins this site. As for you starsand stripes I have no idea who you are as I am only a rookie, but don't bring the lancers into this. Mac and Brandon both had an excellent weekend and they both got the regonition they deserved, as did the rest of the team, no attention was taken from anyone. As for the challenge what makes macs any worse than brads .
well im out Josh "camel" smith

those were some harsh words you had for mckenzie.
Ryan McKenzie has only conducted himself as a gentleman on this message board. For you to criticize his words is ridiculous.
as for brad's supposed attempt at starting a "legitimate topic" as you put it; as an outsider reading into this subject, it is easy to see how one might take offence to the tone and poor wording of his original post. brad used no tact whatsoever in the subject post, and was lucky to get out of it as easily as he did. his reputation precedes him. people get a laugh out of his antics.
brad, you could have put your meaning across without seeming so combattive and abrasive.
stars and stripes, your arguments against mckenzie show your immaturity. don't be such a big pussy.

First off Ryan is in the wrong, not Brad. months ago when this topic first came out, everyone was interested in the race, Brad was simply trying to get some people to help urge trackie along for the showdown.
Now Ryan is wrong by asking him to race. I don't think Ryan wanted to race, but Ryan and his grade 2 mentality felt the need to undermine someone, and bring his name to the forefront. Clearly Ryan was in the wrong here, Why would a national champion feel the need to post on this board and challenge a highschool kid to a race? Did he find it funny? I sure didn't.
This is the exact attitude and short sightedness that gets Ryan into trouble with his teammates and aquaintances all the time.
I didn't see Kevin sullivan or Graham Hood ask Brad if they wanted to race? Or better yet I didnt see them undermine ryan and ask him what shoes he was going to wear at the opening ceremonies in Athens this summer. Knowing fullwell that ryan wont be in Athens.
Enough said.

If there's one thing I've learned in the last little while about this site, its that you can't take things to seriously. I'm not going to single anyone out.
In an attempt to get this post back on track...
-whats the distance of this race? 1500? or 800? -What are Brad and Kris' Pb's, and how recent? -Where and When is this going down? -Is there anything else other than pride on the line? -Are the 2 of you guys finishing up highschool? and if so do u plan on running for a university come the fall? I think it would be ironic if come Sept. you find yourselves as teammates.
