anyone know why alyson kohlmeier didnt run at world cross? i heard she got hurt or something..

Unfortunately Alyson wasn’t able to race today due to lower back pain. She experienced some lower back pain last week after a moderate workout on a local golf course. Despite medical treatment this week in Belgium, her back just didn’t respond. The National team coaching and medical staff felt is was best for her not to risk further damage by racing at Worlds.
Well done to all competing at World XC!
