Just as a heads up. Mckenzie didn't "Miss" his 5th medal. He only competed in 4 events. He didn't run the 4x400m. He gave up his spot so some lucky bastard could run leadoff and get a ring

I would like to congradulate everyone on a great season this year. Thanks to U of Guelph and Uvic, you guys pushed us all year and I wish you the best of luck in the future.

I would like to thank my team mates for a great year, Mac, Coates, Sevard, Ellis, Mcgregor, Young, Jonny B, Goose, Assman, Neil and many others. And last but not least Lancer Corner you guys were huge and I had no choice but to run hard.

I can't wait till next year to renew the rivalry with Guelph, Uvic, and many others in the CIS champs in Winnipeg
