i think he should go after something. theyre all within his reach, but which would he chose? which would mean more to him? or is he just going to go balls to wall and just go after them all?

They are not all within his reach, there is no way he could run 1:16.10 the other two are definetly within his reach my guess he might take a shot at the thousand.

I think he will medal in all of his indivdual events and the 4x800. I don't no how the Lancer 4x400 team ranks with everyone else, so i can't say if he will get a medal from that. But even if Ryan doesn't get a record in the 600m, 1000m, or 1500m, he will definatly be the all-time CIS track & field medal record holder by the end of the weekend. Congrats to Mackenzie, he was named CIS track Athlete of the year for the 4th straight year, and Jamie Adjetey-Nelson was named CIS track male Rookie of the Year. www.windsorlancers.ca/units/athletics/athlrec.nsf/ece04cbc64944a0d852568f700560cfa/aee0e5a64ed2a59d85256e54006bcdd7!OpenDocument

to be honest, dennis gave me the option of going for 2 records or trying for a championship. honestly, i would love to go for records but if you look at it this way, records are made to be broken but they cant take away a championship. as for the 600, not in a million years could i come close to that. gary reed could barely get there. but thanks all the same. just my 2 cents on that. but, if the points dictate anything, the 1500 may be a possibility. cant promise anything though.
guess we'll see in 2 days time.
