UBC doesn't do NAIA indoors. Good runs by Richard Mosley winning the 3k and Julia Howard who was first in the 1000 and 2nd in the mile. SFU also won the womens DMR.
The bad thing about NAIA indoors is that not all of the schools compete and on top of that they run the following 400,600,800,1000,Mile, 3k, 5k so they really water the depth and competition down. Kind of dumb they should just get rid of the 600 and 1000 to make it more competitive.

Apparently, Julia would have won the mile as well, but was tripped/pushed sometime near the end. Probably the only way to beat that amazing kick.
