There is one, perhaps even multiple rooms available in Waterloo for the summer. Price is $280/mo. + utils per person (negotiable).
I can't say for sure who your roommates would be at this time, but you can count on some track/distance types. The place is a very good deal for your money - fully furnished, three floors, close to UW & amenities, and much more.
