On the weekend Steve Kocsis won his 3rd straight SoCon championship in the 5000m and his 1st 10000m title. Colin Sullivan was 2nd in the 1500m and Ian Mayne placed 2nd and 3rd in the SC and 5000m.
Kocsis should do well in the Regionals having run 14:15 earlier in the year at Stanford.
