Sorry guys, I was copy and pasting things over but I guess the computer didn't like me doing that and kicked me off the internet for a while. I only had about 10% of it done so putting the time in didn't seem worth it anyways. If you want me to post specific events let me know and I'll copy the entries to those as I haven't had a hard time with that link.

woo ... if that is confirmed that is a new pb for Ross Proudfoot and by 11 seconds I believe.
This chap has shown a very nice progression throughout the years ... where he is coming off a nice indoor 3000m (8:38 I think).
Cudos to Track North coaching team up in Sudbury; Dick Moss and Darren Jermyn.
