Wecssaa Allcomers #3 Had 3 boys under 6:30 in the steeple and the girls ran steeple according to the new OFSAA specs. Results on sh.triton.netGreat job coach. I decided this year not to bother with the top 10 list on my site as the kids did not do a decent job in the past on all events and the sprints were just a pain in the a$$ with some people not stating they were using HT .

Thanks Coachkci. You run a great web site for track in the south west. Its what got me started on doing this list in the first place. What are the new OFSAA specs for girls steeple? I wasn't aware they had changed it from last year. I'll get those results added later today

It must be crazy to try to keep track of the top tens for every event as there are so many meets, coachkci. If you want the throws top lists, I have been keeping track myself, though I have been looking at a minimum standard, and so some have less than 10. If you want them let me know and I will send them to you. Either way, GREAT work on the website, and keeping us all informed of track in the province!!

New steeple regs for girls are just that the first barrier the jump now is not the one after the finish line (H1) but now they jump the one before the finish line (H5).

Hammercrazy, you should post those rankings. Don't mind if I do, good idea! It takes a lot of work to keep track of every meet, so it is my hope that this is perfectly accurate, however I am human. If you find a mistake please let me know and I will fix. Attachments:

Hey Coach C Nick Holden ran 9;22 in the 3000m for Junior at the Bay of Quinte invite last week and you have seemed to missed it in your rankings it was probably the most impressive performance of the day just letting you know thanks for doing the rankings there really sweet.

Jeremy Coughlar's solo 4:13.0 1500m, and his solo 3000m in 9:22 low (midget), and also Katey Codyre's solo steeple in 5:16.00 (oh ya, shes a junior too). That had to be cleared up a bit.

I'd have to second that thought. Although Jeremy Coughlers times are not the fastest in the province I beleive it is the fastest double by any midget on the same day! And as Evan says they were both run entirely solo with very strong winds. Both were meet records.

You're not serious are you? 9:22 is a decent jb time but hardly worthy of being called the performance of the day. In fact, I didn't add it to my original post with results since I didn't think it was fast enough to make the standard (I see now that it is). I agree that the MB 1500, Open girls steeple 5:16 and a new record (one of these two would be my pick for performance of the day), the MB 3k, and so on would all be a lot more impressive. The winds really picked up by the end of the day so the MB and MG 3000m races were really impacted. The MB time was the same as the JB time in tougher winds.
